Here at Summer Snow, we mix all of our syrups by hand using 100% pure cane sugar with NO high fructose syrup, gluten, or artificial dye, ever. Our freshly filtered water is frozen and then finely shaved for fluffy (never crunchy) melt-in-your-mouth snow!
